Had some issues with my Mercury outboard purchased through another dealer Corey and the rest of the team at River City Marine were able to resolve my issues. What a great experience!  Was expecting g a large bill, not having my boat for weeks (like the previous shop said, and after weeks nothing was done at all) tilt motor was fixed the same day in a few hours Don, Corey and Liam were all professional and courteous. I was naive to what I was looking for but Liam went above and beyond to help us source the perfect fit, ensuring it was in perfect condition before we picked it up and helped us navigate the insurance and pick as smoothly as possible. He was very quick to respond to my many questions and emails and kept up great communication with any updates. I recently purchased my first boat from River City Marine, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. As a novice, I was unsure of the exact style I needed for my desired use. John was incredibly helpful, showing me a variety of boat models, explaining the differences, and answering all my questions. His advice and recommendations were invaluable. Using the information John provided and a little additional research I selected a Thunder Jet Chinook as the boat for my family.  The Chinook did not have all the accessories and options I want in a boat, but that was no problem for River City Marine. John and Corey went above and beyond to modify the boat, ensuring it was exactly what I wanted. When I picked up the boat, Corey spent a couple of hours with me, thoroughly explaining its maintenance and operation requirements. This was incredibly useful, especially since I had never owned a boat before. Overall, the customer service at River City Marine was outstanding. John and Corey made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a boat. We had the best experience dealing with everyone from River City Marine. Just a great group of people who know how to do their jobs very well. We went to the boat show and were between 2 boat dealers but Liam’s knowledge on the Thunder Jet Luxor and laid back, no pressure approach made the decision easy. Jarrett from finance was easy going and quick with his part. When Ryan went to pick the boat up, both Liam and Corey were super great to deal with and went over everything. Purchased my 22' Alexis from Liam. From the very first phone call through to purchase Liam answered all of my questions immediately, if he didn't know the answer he found it quickly. Pricing was good, the installs of my options are all clean and professionally done. Corey from service explained the boat thoroughly and reassured me that he is only a phone call away to answer any questions that may arise.
