Role Overview
As our Store Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our retail operations. You will lead a dynamic team in achieving sales targets, delivering exceptional customer service, and optimizing store performance. Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Hire, onboard, and develop sales and service staff.
- Sales Management: Meet and exceed in‑store sales goals for boats, parts, and related products.
- Customer Experience: Ensure every customer receives knowledgeable, solution-oriented support.
- Inventory & Merchandising: Maintain optimal stock levels and implement effective store displays.
- Operational Excellence: Manage budget, schedules, and KPI performance.
- Community Engagement: Grow local presence via events, boating clubs, and marketing partnerships.
- Collaboration: Work closely with parts, service, and finance teams to deliver seamless customer journeys.
What You Bring
- 3–5 years of retail or marine-related management experience (boating a plus!)
- Proven people management and coaching skills
- Strong sales acumen with a results-driven mindset
- Excellent organizational skills in budgeting, inventory, and KPIs
- A customer-first approach and effective communication
- Passion for boating and marine lifestyle is a significant plus
